Abstract
Rad se bazira na analizi dinamičkih metoda za ocjenu projekata te njihovoj primjeni u ocjeni efikasnosti projekta uzgoja i prerade ekološke rajčice. Rad ima dva dijela, teorijski i praktični. U teorijskom dijelu razrađen je pojam investicijskog projekta te objašnjene dinamičke metode za ocjenu efikasnosti projekata. Drugi dio rada bazira se na praktičnom prikazu projekta. U Hrvatskoj samodostatnost u proizvodnji svježe rajčice iznosi 84%, a prerađene svega nešto više od 14% dok razmjeri ekološke poljoprivredne proizvodnje iznose tek nešto više od 8%. Stoga se ovim projektom želi uložiti u daljnji rast ukupne ekološke poljoprivredne proizvodnje i to uzgojem svježe konzumne rajčice kao i rajčice za daljnju preradu i to u vidu proizvodnje pasirane rajčice, umaka od rajčice, ketchupa i sušene rajčice.
Abstract (english)
The paper is based on the analysis of dynamic methods for evaluating the projects and their application in evaluating the efficiency of the organic tomato cultivation and processing. The paper has two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the concept of the investment project was elaborated and the dynamic methods for evaluating the efficiency of projects were explained. The second part of the paper is based on the practical presentation of the project. In Croatia, self-sufficiency in the production of fresh tomatoes is 84%, and only slightly more than 14% of processed tomatoes, while the extent of organic agricultural production is only slightly more than 8%. Therefore, this project aims to invest in the further growth of the total ecological agricultural production by growing fresh tomatoes for consumption as well as tomatoes for further processing in the form of the production of pureed tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup and dried tomatoes.
