Abstract
Tema rada je europski model javnog sektora iz kolegija Ustrojstvo i djelovanje javnog sektora. U teorijskom dijelu rada određuju se pojam i obilježja javnog sektora, prednosti i nedostaci, te definicija javnog i privatnog sektora. Objašnjena je i razlika između javnog i privatnog sektora. Tu su i smjernice za poboljšanje učinka javnog sektora i inovacije kao dio razvojne strategije u Republici Hrvatskoj. Također, prikazan je koncept europskog i američkog javnog sektora. Objašnjena je i svrha Nacionalne razvojne strategije u Republici Hrvatskoj. U drugom dijelu, odnosno na praktičkom primjeru hrvatskog i austrijskog javnog sektora, okarakterizirana su obilježja javnog sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj i Austriji. Navedena je i analiza te dvije zemlje. Metode kojom su prikupljeni podaci za završni rad bazirane su na stručnoj literaturi te službenim internetskim izvorima i izvješćima dostupnim na internetskom pregledniku.
Abstract (english)
The topic of the paper is the European model of the public sector from the course structure and operation of the public sector.In this theoretical part of the paper,the concept and characteristic of the public sector,its advantages and disadvantages,and the definition of the public and private sectors are defined.The difference between the public and private sector is also explained.There are also guidelines for improving the performance of the public sector and innovation as part of the development strategy in the Republic of Croatia.Also,the concept of the European and American public sector is presented.The purpose of the National Development Strategy in the Republic of Croatia is also explained.In the second part, that is, on the practical example of the Croatian and Austrian public sector,the characteristics of the public sector in the Republic of Croatia and Austria are characterized.The methods used to collect data for the final thesis is based on professional literature and official internet sources and reports available on the internet browser.
