Abstract
U radu će se analizirati kolektivni ugovori koji se primjenjuju u radnim odnosima kako na radnike tako i na poslodavce, njihov utjecaj na radne odnose te značaj za područje radnog prava. Uz kolektivne ugovore, obradit će se i odredbe Zakona o radu koje se primjenjuju na radnike i poslodavce u jednom radnom odnosu. Sam način djelovanja kolektivnih ugovora i način sklapanja ugovora će se detaljno objasniti u zasebnoj cjelini, a na kraju rada naglasit će se i način na koji se ovakvi ugovori dostavljaju radnicima te načini na koji ovakvi ugovori prestaju važiti.
Abstract (english)
The paper will analyze collective agreements that are applied in labor relations to both workers and employers, their impact on labor relations and their significance for the field of labor law. In addition to collective agreements, the provisions of the Labor Act that apply to workers and employers in the same employment relationship will also be processed. The way collective agreements work and the way contracts are concluded will be explained in detail in a separate unit, and at the end of the paper, the way in which such agreements are delivered to workers and the ways in which such agreements cease to be valid will be emphasized.
