Abstract
Tema završnog rada je Proces nabave (opreme) i ugovaranje u Hrvatskoj elektroprivredi nacionalnoj energetskoj tvrtki. Rad se sastoji od pet tematskih jedinica. Udrugom poglavlju završnog rada objašnjena je poslovna funkcija nabave, njeni ciljevi, politika, organizacija, organizacijska načela, elementi procesa nabave, rizici, pragovi vrijednosti nabave i vrste postupaka u nabavi. Treće poglavlje odnosi se na proces nabave i ugovaranja u HEP grupi. U četvrtom poglavlju objašnjena je analiza i planiranje nabave. Peto poglavlje odnosi se na pripremu i provedbu postupka nabave. Šesto poglavlje obrađuje ugovaranje, realizaciju i kontrolu izvršenja ugovora. U zadnjem poglavlju iznesen je zaključak i prijedlog poboljšanja organizacijske strukture nabave u HEP grupi.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is The Process of Equipment Procurement and Stipulation in Hrvatska elektroprivreda (HEP), the national energy company. The thesis consists of five chapters. The second chapter explainsthe business function of procurement alongside its goals, policies, organization, organizational principles, elements of procurement processes, risks, procurement thresholds and types of procurement procedures. The third chapter covers the procurement process and stipulation in HEP Group. The fourth chapter explains analysis and procurement planning. The fifth chapter explains the procurement procedure's preparation and implementation. The sixth chapter covers stipulation, realization and the control of execution of the contract.The last chapter includes the conclusion and the proposal for the improvement of the organizational structure of procurement in HEP Group
