Abstract
Ovo istraživanje ispituje ponudu vina u restoranima Požeške kotline, fokusirajući se na ključne aspekte kao što su raznolikost, lokalni naglasak, kvaliteta, cijene, preporuke, prezentacija i slično. Završnim radom ispituje se ponuda vina te se zadire u živopisnu vinsku kulturu i gastronomsku scenu Požeške kotline poznate po vinogradarskoj baštini i kulinarskom blagu. Sveobuhvatnom analizom vinskih jelovnika , profila restorana i senzorskih ocjena, rad istražuje raznolikost, kvalitetu i kontekst vinske pon ude ovog područja. U analizi je istaknuta važnost prikazivanja vinogradarske baštine kroz raznolik izbor vina s naglaskom na autohtone sorte vinove loze. Nadalje, ovaj završni rad naglašava važnost prezentiranja vina na vinskoj karti s detaljnim opisima i stručnim osobljem koje pomaže kupcima u donošenju informiranih izbora. Restorani Požeške kotline promoviraju lokalna vina potičući osjećaj zajedništva i podržavajući sve lokalne proizvođače. Uzimajući u obzir ove čimbenike, restorani mogu poboljšati iskustvo objedovanja za posjetitelje, promovirati lokalnu vinsku industriju i pridonijeti ukupnoj kulturnoj i gospodarskoj vitalnosti Požeške kotline.
Abstract (english)
This research examines the wine offering in restaurants of the Požega basin, focusing on key aspects such as variety, local emphasis, quality, prices, recommendations, presentation and the like. The final paper examines the offer of wine and delves into th e colorful wine culture and gastronomic scene of the Požega basin, known for its wine growing heritage and culinary delights. Through a comprehensive analysis of wine menus, restaurant profiles and sensory ratings, the paper explores the variety, quality a nd context of the wine offering in this area. The analysis highlighted the importance of presenting the winegrowing heritage through a diverse selection of wines with an emphasis on autochthonus grape varieties. Furthemore, this final paper emphasizes the importance of presenting wines on a wine list with detailed descriptions and expert staff to help customers make informed choices. The restaurants of the Požega basin promote local wines, encouraging a sense of community and supporting all local producers. By considering these factors, restaurants can improve the dining experience for visitors, promote the local wine industry and contribute to the overall cultural and economic vitality of the Požega valley .
