Abstract
Razvojem interneta dolazi do razvoja modernih tehnologija, a samim time i elektroničke trgovine bez koje današnja suvremena trgovina postaje nezamisliva. Obzirom na sve veću važnost e-trgovine u globalnom gospodarstvu predmet ovog rada je pojasniti značenje i razvoj e-trgovine, objasniti vrste e-trgovine i istaknuti najuspješnije primjere elektroničke trgovine u Hrvatskoj i svijetu, a potom i prikazati stanje i trendove odnosno utjecaj pandemije na elektroničku trgovinu u Hrvatskoj i svijetu. Obzirom na snažan utjecaj pandemije na svakodnevni život i gospodarstvo cilj ovog rada je analizirati kako je pandemija uzrokovana virusom COVID-19 utjecala na globalnu e-trgovinu s naglaskom na Hrvatsku. Stoga je za potrebe ovog rada provedeno istraživanje s ciljm utvrđivanja kakav je utjecaj i u kolikoj mjeri imala pandemija COVID-19 na potrošače u Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
The development of the Internet leads to the development of modern technologies, and thus electronic commerce, without which today's modern commerce becomes unimaginable. Considering the increasing importance of e-commerce in the global economy, the subject of this paper is to clarify the meaning and development of e-commerce, explain the types of e-commerce and highlight the most successful examples of e-commerce in Croatia and the world, and than show the state and trends, respectively the impact of the pandemic on e-commerce in Croatia and the world. Considering the strong impact of the pandemic on everyday life and the economy, the goal of this paper is to analyze how the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus affected global e-commerce with an emphasis on Croatia. Therefore, for the purposes of this paper, a study was conducted with the aim of determining the impact and to what extent the COVID-19 pandemic had on consumers in Croatia.
