Abstract
U ovom radu pobliže se objašnjava značenje zapošljavanja te osnovni pojmovi koji su vezani za samo zapošljavanje. Rad je podijeljen na više cjelina te će u nastavku svaka od njih biti detaljnije objašnjena. Spomenuti će se elementi radnog mjesta, osnovni podaci za analizu i povezivanje radnih mjesta, planiranje ljudskih potencijala koje predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih funkcija menadžmenta. Također će biti navedeno kako se odvija pridobivanje kandidata za određeni posao, nakon čega slijedi selekcija, odnosno odabir kandidata te samo uvođenje u posao. Osim navedenog, govoriti će se o razvoju karijere te će biti prikazan primjer karijere, odnosno centar za informiranje i savjetovanje o karijeri. Govoriti će se i o Hrvatskom zavodu za zapošljavanje, razlozima za zapošljavanje mladih ljudi koji traže prvi posao te će biti navedene potpore za zapošljavanje. Također će se govoriti o nezaposlenosti i zapošljavanju te o korisnicima novčanih naknada i aktivne politike zapošljavanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the meaning of employment and the basic concepts related to employment itself. The paper is divided into several sections and each section will be explained in more detail below. Workplace elements, basic dana for the analysis and interlinking of jobs, as well as human resources planning will be mentioned as one of the most important functions of management. This paper will also describe recruitment of candidates for a particular job, followed by selection of the candidates and their introduction to the business operations. In addition, the paper will examine career development and provide examles of careers and of a career counselling and information centre. The paper will touch upon the Croatian Employment Service, the reasons for hiring od young people looking for their first job and employment grants will be listed. The paper will also discuss unemployment and hiring, as well as beneficiaries of cash benefits and active employment policies.
