Abstract
U radu je opisana uloga novih digitalnih tehnologija na trgovinske procese. Predmet i cilj rada je pojmovno definirati pojam digitalizacije, teorijske značajke i činitelje koji su povezani s digitalizacijom i informatizacijom poduzeća te ponašanjem potrošača, u cilju boljeg upravljanja poduzećem koje je u svoje trgovinsko poslovanje uvelo nove digitalne tehnologije. Tijekom proteklih nekoliko desetljeća, globalne industrije suočile su se s brojnim tehnološkim promjenama koje su dovele do prilika kao što su veća fleksibilnost, reaktivnost i individualizacija proizvoda. Digitalizacija radikalno zadire i mijenja temeljne postavke načina života i organizacije rada u postmodernom društvu koje postaje globaliziranije i digitaliziranije nego ikad prije. Kako bi se poduzeća mogla adekvatno suočiti sa suvremenim izazovima, moraju uvesti digitalizaciju u svoje poslovanje. Mnoga nova i postojeća poduzeća shvatila su potencijal e-trgovine i počela pružati svoje usluge koristeći ovu platformu. U radu je prikazana uloga novih digitalnih tehnologija u trgovinskom poslovanju na primjeru poduzeća Amazon.
Abstract (english)
The paper describes the role of new digital technologies on trade processes. The subject and goal of the paper is to conceptually define the concept of digitization, theoretical features and factors related to digitization and computerization of companies and consumer behavior, with the aim of better management of a company that has introduced new digital technologies into its business operations. Over the past few decades, global industries have faced numerous technological changes that have led to opportunities such as greater flexibility, reactivity, and individualization of products. Digitization is radically encroaching and changing the fundamental assumptions of the way of life and the organization of work in a postmodern society that is becoming more globalized and digitized than ever before. In order for companies to be able to adequately face modern challenges, they must introduce digitization into their operations. Many new and existing businesses have realized the potential of e-commerce and started providing their services using this platform. The paper presents the role of new digital technologies in trade business using the example of Amazon.
