Abstract
Postoji mnogo okolnosti i čimbenika koji svako pojedino poduzeće mogu dovesti u situaciju krize. Može se raditi o nekim unutarnjim faktorima kao što su to promjene u vlasničkim strukturama ili u upravi, menadžmentu i dr., a s druge strane to mogu biti vanjske tržišne okolnosti, kao što su primjerice rast konkurencije, različite elementarne nepogode, političke ili socijalne promjene i slično. Važno je da stručne osobe (kao što su to krizni menadžeri ili krizni timovi) znaju upravljati krizom,... More budući da svaka kriza utječe (uglavnom negativno) kako na financijski, tako i zdravstveni status zaposlenika poduzeća zahvaćenog krizom, te poslovnih partnera. Stoga, naglasak će u ovom radu biti stavljen na definiranje poslovne krize i kriznog menadžmenta. Krize praktički postoje oduvijek, a svijet se kontinuirano nastojao prilagoditi promjenama do kojih krize dovode, te se što bolje suočiti s posljedicama krize, i u konačnici, prevenirati neke druge krize. Naglasak je u ovom radu na poslovnim krizama, odnosno na kriznom menadžmentu koji je zadužen za upravljanje u kriznim situacijama, stoga će se kroz rad obraditi i definirati pojmovi kao što su poslovna kriza, uzroci i vrste poslovne krize, krizni menadžment i njegov povijesni razvoj, vrste kriznog menadžmenta i dr. Kako bi se pružio što kvalitetniji uvid u ulogu kriznog menadžmenta za vrijeme određene krize, u radu će se obraditi kakva je bila krizna komunikacija za vrijeme pandemije COVID-19 koja je zahvatila čitav svijet, pa i Hrvatsku, odnosno, kakva je bila uloga kriznog menadžmenta za vrijeme pandemije. Abstract (english)
There are many circumstances and factors that can lead each individual company to a crisis situation. It can be about some internal factors, such as changes in ownership structures or in administration, management, etc., and sometimes it is external market circumstances, such as, for example, the growth of competition, various natural disasters, political or social changes, etc. It is important that professionals (such as crisis managers or crisis teams) know how to manage a crisis, since... More every crisis affects (mostly negatively) both the financial and health status of the employees of the company affected by the crisis, as well as business partners. Therefore, the emphasis in this paper will be on defining business crisis and crisis management. Crises have practically existed forever, and the world has continuously tried to adapt to what crises lead to, and to face the consequences of the crisis as best as possible, and ultimately, to prevent the changes of another crisis. The emphasis in this paper is on business crisis, that is, on crisis management, which is responsible for management in crisis situations, therefore the work will process and define concepts such as business crisis, causes and types of business crisis, crisis management and its historical development, types of cross management, etc. In order to provide the best possible insight into the role of crisis management during a certain crisis, the paper will discuss what crisis communication was like during the COVID-19 pandemic, which affected the whole world, including Croatia, that is, what was the role of crisis management during the pandemic.
