Abstract
U suvremenom informacijskom društvu informacije su iznimno važan organizacijski instrument. Uz to se vežu poslovni informacijski sustavi koji pomažu u donošenju poslovnih odluka. Naime, ovi sustavi su zamišljeni tako da menadžere opskrbe potrebnim informacijama te im daju rješenja za optimizaciju poslovanja. Funkcioniraju kao svojevrsne smjernice. Ovi sustavi konstantno se razvijaju, te su neki toliko sofisticirani da sami donose odluke. Prednosti ovih sustava prepoznate su i u uredskom poslovanju državne i javne uprave koja je također prošla postupak informatizacije i digitalizacije. Informatizacija poslova razvila je automatizaciju raznih funkcija, a temelji se na računalnim i komunikacijskim dostignućima. Tako se danas u uredskom poslovanju koristi elektroničko poslovanje koje omogućuje bržu komunikaciju s građanima odnosno korisnicima usluga, manje troškove, uštedu vremena i dr.
Abstract (english)
In the modern information society, information is an extremely important organizational instrument. Business information systems help in making business decisions are linked to this. Namely, these systems are designed to provide managers with the necessary information and provide them with solutions for business optimization. They function as a kind of guidelines. These systems are constantly evolving and some are so sophisticated that they make decisions on their own. The advantages of these systems are also recognized in the office operations of the state and public administration, which has also undergone the process of computerization and digitization. Informatization of jobs has developed the automation of various functions, and is based on computer and communication achievements. Today, electronic business is used in office business, which enables faster communication with citizens, i.e. users of services, lower costs, saving time, etc.
