Abstract
Institut radnog odnosa ima ključnu ulogu u životu pojedinaca, jer predstavlja osnovni izvor egzistencije kroz pravno reguliran rad. Pravni okvir u Republici Hrvatskoj temelji se na Ustavu, Zakonu o radu i drugim relevantnim propisima, koji reguliraju odnose između poslodavaca i radnika. Zasnivanje radnog odnosa zahtijeva ispunjenje određenih uvjeta, a najčešće se odvija putem javnog natječaja, čime se osigurava transparentnost i jednakost u zapošljavanju. Poslodavac mora osigurati radniku posao, sigurne uvjete rada i poštivanje njegovih prava, dok radnik ima obvezu izvršavati zadatke u skladu s dogovorom i propisima. Abstract (english)
The institution of employment relationships plays a key role in the lives of individuals, as it represents the primary source of livelihood through legally regulated work. The legal framework in the Republic of Croatia is based on the Constitution, the Labor Act, and other relevant regulations, which govern the relationships between employers and workers. Establishing an employment relationship requires meeting certain conditions and is most commonly conducted through a public competition,... More ensuring transparency and equality in employment. The employment relationship becomes formal upon signing a work contract, which defines the rights and obligations of both parties. The employer is obligated to provide the worker with a job, safe working conditions, and respect for their rights, while the worker is required to perform tasks in accordance with the agreement and regulations. This legal framework ensures the protection of workers, social stability, and facilitates professional development, while providing employers with continuity and business stability, creating a balance between the interests of both parties for long-term success.
