Abstract
U sklopu ovog završnog rada analizirat će se distribucijska logistika. Za distribucijsku logistiku može se reći da igra temeljnu ulogu u međunarodnim poduzećima koja žele imati više kompetentnosti na globalnom tržištu. Razvojem tehnologija, distribucija je omogućila brže i fleksibilnije kretanje gotovih proizvoda od proizvođača do kupca. Većini suvremenih potrošača je više stalo do toga da proizvodi dođu u očekivanom vremenskom razdoblju umjesto kako poduzeće isporučuje svoje proizvode. Dakle, treba osigurati da proizvodi stignu kupcima u pravo vrijeme i na pravom mjestu, a sve sa ciljem da se zadovolje potrebe kupca. Poseban akcent usmjerit će se na distribucijsku logistiku poduzeća IKEA. Svrha rada je pojasniti kako poduzeće IKEA svladava sve probleme i izazove sa kojima se suočava u logistici i distribuciji. Može se ustanoviti da su ključni elementi logističke distribucije kroz istraživanje studije slučaja IKEA brzina, pouzdanost i prilagodljivost.
Abstract (english)
Distribution logistics will be analyzed as part of the final paper. Distribution logistics can be said to play a fundamental role in international companies that want to have more competence in the global market. With the development of technologies, distribution enabled a faster and more flexible movement of finished products from the manufacturer to the customer. Most modern consumers care more about products arriving in the expected time period rather than how a company delivers its products. Therefore, it should be ensured that the products reach the customers at the right time and at the right place, all in order to satisfy the needs of the customers. Special emphasis will be placed on the distribution logistics of IKEA. The purpose of the paper is to explain how the IKEA company overcomes all the problems and challenges it faces in logistics and distribution. It can be established that the key elements of logistics distribution through IKEA case study research are speed, reliability and adaptability.
