Abstract
Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i istraživačkog dijela. U teorijskom je dijelu objašnjena nabava – njezin pojam, kao i logistika i politika nabave. Posebna je pažnja posvećena logistici i politici nabave. Kod logistike nabave pružen je detaljniji uvid podrobnim navođenjem zadaća i uloga, koncepcija, instrumenata politike nabave i glavnih odluka logistike nabave. Kod politike nabave poseban naglasak je stavljen na politiku količina koju čine politika količina nabave, zaliha, odnosa količina vlastite proizvodnje nabave, investicije i leasinga kao problem politike količina kao i kooperacija i reciklaža kao sredstva politike količina. U praktičnom dijelu rada grafički su prikazani i objašnjeni rezultati online anketiranja poduzetnika sa područja Republike Hrvatske o količini pažnje koju poklanjaju pri odabiru ponuda pri odabiru dobavljača. Opisano je kako i zašto je važno da poduzeća primjenjuju koncepte nabave. Po završetku je izveden sveobuhvatan zaključak rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper consists of a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part explains purchase – its concept, as well as procurement logistics and procurement policy. Special attention has been given to logistics and procurement policy. In procurement logistics, a more detailed insight is provided by detailing the tasks and roles, concepts, instruments of procurement policy and the main decisions of procurement logistics. In procurement policy, special emphasis is placed on the quantity policy, which consists of the quantity policy of procurement, inventory, the ratio of quantities of own production and procurement, as well as investments and leasing as a problem of quantity policy. In the practical part of the paper, the results of an online survey of entrepreneurs for the areas of the Republic of Croatia about the amount of attention they pay when choosing an offer and when choosing a supplier are graphically presented and explained. Based on the theoretical and research part, it is described how and why it is important for companies to apply procurement concepts. In the end, a comprehensive conclusion of the work was made.
