Abstract
Predmet ovog diplomskog rada je analiza projektnog financiranja bazirana na izradi projekta za osnivanje obrta koji će se baviti proizvodnjom palačinki pod nazivom „The pancake house“. U projektu će biti napravljena ekonomsko financijska analiza: plan prodaje, plan proizvodnje, planiranje djelatnika, plan stalnih i obrtnih sredstava, plan prihoda i rashoda, plan otplate kredita, pomoću koje dobivamo uvid u samu srž projekta. U radu će biti detaljno opisana ugostiteljska ponuda koja se u najvećem dijelu sastoji od raznih vrsta palačinki te manjim dijelom od tost sendviča, omleta i pića. Obrt će se financirati dijelom iz vlastitih sredstava, te dijelom iz dugoročnog kredita. Na kraju rada metoda povrata investicije, stopa prinosa, metoda čiste sadašnje vrijednosti, metoda interne stope profitabilnosti prikazat će nam isplativost projekta što je i sam cilj projekta.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the analysis of project financing based on the creation of a project for the establishment of a business that will deal with the production of pancakes called "The pancake house". In the project, an economic and financial analysis will be made: sales plan, production plan, employee planning, fixed and working capital plan, income and expenditure plan, loan repayment plan, through which we get an insight into the very core of the project. The paper will describe in detail the catering offer, which mostly consists of various types of pancakes and to a lesser extent of toast sandwiches, omelets and drinks. The trade will be financed partly from own funds and partly from a long-term loan. At the end of the work, the method of return on investment, rate of return, method of net present value, method of internal rate of profitability will show us the profitability of the project, which is the very goal of the project.
