Abstract
Proizvod predstavlja materijalnu tj. fizičku stvar ili nematerijalnu tj. uslugu koja je stvorena da zadovoljni neku određenu potrebu ili želju. Proizvod je glavni element marketing miksa. Životni ciklus proizvoda je proces kroz koji proizvod prolazi od samog početnog predstavljanja na tržištu do kraja njegove ere postojanja. Taj ciklus se sastoji od četiri specifične faze a to su: uvođenje, rast, zrelost, i opadanje. U ovom radu opisane su sve četiri faze životnog ciklusa proizvoda, a za primjer uzeti su Coca-cola kao jedan poznati brend i Traubi soda kao proizvod koji više ne postoji. U sklopu ovog rada provedena je anketa na sto ispitanika o poznavanju ta dva proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
A product is a material (a physical) item or a nonmaterial service which was created to satisfy a specific need or desire. A product is the main element of a promotional mix. Life cycle of a product is a process that a product goes through since its initial introduction on the market until the end of its existence. That cycle is consisted of four specific phases, which are: introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. This paper describes all four phases of a product’s life cycle, and for examples it uses Coca – Cola as an already popular brand and Traubi Soda as a product which is no longer on the market. As a part of this paper a survey about these two products was given to a hundred participants.
