Abstract
Slana voda u morima i oceanima zauzima 97,5 % vode na svijetu. S obzirom na to da osim s vodom koja se koristi u domaćinstvu, u velikim količinama se onečišćuje slana voda odnosno morska voda koja utječe na čovjekovo fizičko zdravlje u obliku osipa na tijelu, želučanih smetnji, dijareje te kemikalija poput pesticida, olova i drugih teških metala može dovesti do bolesti hormonalnog sustava, oštećenja živčanog sustava, stoga je svrha ovog rada bila provesti bakteriološko ispitivanje morske... More vode u Zadarskoj županiji. Istražila se prisutnost Escherichie coli u morskoj vodi koja ukazuje na prisutnost svježe fekalne kontaminacije (kanalizacije) ili pristunost crijevnih enterokoka kao starije fekalne kontaminacije. Istraživanje je provedeno na 28 lokacija Zadarske županije. Rezultati su pokazali da je na 26 lokacija izvrsna kakvoća mora, dok je na 2 lokacije zadovoljavajuća. Less
Abstract (english)
Salt water in the seas and oceans occupies 97,5 % of water in the world. Given that, in addition to water used in the household, salty water or sea water is polluted in large quantities which affects human psychical health such as rashes on the body, stomach disorders, diarrhea, chemicals, pescticides, lead and other heavy metal which can lead to diseases of the hormonal system, nervous system damages. The presence of Echerichia coli in seawater was investigated, indicating the presence of fresh fecal contamination (sewage) or the presence of intestinal enterococci as older fecal contamination.
