Abstract
Pravilna i izbalansirana prehrana ključna je za rast i razvoj i opće zdravlje djeteta. Kroz uravnoteženu prehranu, redovne nutritivno bogate obroke, hidrataciju, ograničavanje šećera i štetnih masti, edukaciju roditelja i osoblja u obrazovnim ustanovama, djeci se može skrenuti pozornost o važnostima i pravilima pravilne prehrane. Tako im se osiguravaju zdravi temelji koje će sa sobom ponijeti kroz život i time smanjiti pojavu bolesti koje su danas sve popularnija tema, posebice kod mladih ljudi. Analiza jelovnika dječjeg vrtića tijekom mjesec dana za dobnu skupinu 1-3 godine pokazala je odstupanje raspona vrijednosti od preporučenih prema nacionalnim smjernicma za sve makronutrijente. Vrijednosti koncentracija vitamina u tjednim jelovnicima su uglavnom ispod preporučenih vrijednosti, a zabilježeno je odstupanje količina natrija i klorida prema većim koncentracija od preporučenih.
Abstract (english)
Proper and balanced nutrition is essential for the growth and development and general health of the child. Through a balanced diet, regular nutritionally rich meals, hydration, limiting sugar and harmful fats, education of parents and staff in educational institutions, attention can be drawn to children about the importance and rules of proper nutrition, in order to provide them with healthy foundations that they will take with them through life. and thereby reduce the occurrence of diseases that are an increasingly popular topic today, especially among young people. The analysis of the menu of the kindergarten during one month for the age group 1-3 years showed a deviation of the range of values from those recommended according to the national guidelines for all macronutrients. The values of the vitamin concentrations in the weekly menus are mostly below the recommended values, and the deviation of the amounts of sodium and chloride towards higher than recommended concentrations was recorded.
