This final paper generally discusses the commission of a misdemeanor and the sanctions that are applied after the commission of a specific misdemeanor. The paper mentions the stages of committing a misdemeanor, which includes the preparation of the misdemeanor, attempted misdemeanor, and the realization of the misdemeanor. After that, the time and place of committing the offense will be defined and it will be explained why it is very important to determine when the offense took place, and after that the parties and participants in the process of committing the offense will be listed. In the next chapter of the paper, we will talk in more detail about accomplices, instigators and helpers as participants in the commission of a misdemeanor. The features of committing a misdemeanor will be briefly listed and explained, and certain examples will be given. The initiation of misdemeanor proceedings, the submission of an indictment, a misdemeanor order and a mandatory misdemeanor order, as well as measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in misdemeanor proceedings, will be explained.
